Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a permanent exhibition for the Ordering Party in the Cechownia facility, Post-Industrial Coal Mining Heritage Center in Zagłębie, at ul. Dehnelow 43, 41-250 Czeladź, located on 2 floors of the building
and covering the area1364.32 m2.
1.1. The order includes comprehensive implementation of the permanent exhibition, including:
- development of workshop designs for the stands indicated in the executive design, graphic designs, storyboards for film materials;
- creation of multimedia content - animation, films, presentations, radio plays, mappings, processing of archival materials (cleaning, editing, unification, effects, sound mastering);
-translation of the exhibition content into English;
- preparation of construction elements, exhibition development, scenographic elements, artist installationsdisplays, stage floors, replicas of original objects;
- implementation of a multimedia system with central control of exhibition lighting and stands;
- delivery and installation of exhibition lighting;
- delivery and installation of multimedia equipment (audio-video and computer);
-constructioncarrying out all necessary finishing works and other works required by applicable regulations;
- launching the exhibition, conducting training for the Ordering Party in the operation of the exhibition;
- creating a logo for the external lighting on the Facility;
- preparing as-built documentation;
