- The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24 -hour service protection service, property and real estate with the provision of an intervention group for the facility of the Court of Appeal in Poznań located at ul. Hejmowskiego 3 in Poznań.
Protection service must be provided by the Contractor with the current onea license granted by the Minister of the Interior and Administration for conducting activities in the field of protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2011.1995 i.e.) throughout the task of the task.
The service is to be performed by 4 security agents (2 employees 24 hours a day a week, 2 employeesOn Mondays from 7.00-18.00, from Tuesday to Friday from 7.00-16.00).
The service will be implemented by qualified physical security staff in accordance with the Act on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2011.1995 i.e.). The contractor undertakes to provide employees with support for the protection of supportintervention group of rapid response throughout the entire period of the contract.is Annex 2 to SWZ. The contracting authority in accordance with art. 121 points 1 of the PZP Act reserves the obligation to perform in person by the Contractor with key tasks regarding the service of the protection of persons, property and real estate.
