1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the collection, transport and disposal of wastemedical produced at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław at ul. Kamieńskiego 73a and in the branch department at ul. Dedicated to the disposal of medical waste is to be carried out in the Utilization Plant located in the voivodship where the waste wasmanufactured. Waste, which cannot be processed at the place of their formation, is transmitted, taking into account the hierarchy of ways of dealing with waste and the best available technique referred to in art. 207 of the Act of April 27, 2001. Environmental protection law or technology referred toIn art. 143 of this Act, to the closest places where they may be processed in accordance with art. 20 of the Waste Act.
2. Draft and the amount of municipal waste is set out in the offer form- Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The bare scope of the order was included in Annex 6 to this SWZ,hereinafter referred to as OPZ.
