- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as the "cleaning service" on the area used by the scientific and academic computer network-the National Research Institute (hereinafter: "Ordering Party" or "NASK-PIB") together with the provision of all requiredcleaning products for a period of 36 (in words: thirty -six) months.
2. Cleaning services will include cleaning of office rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, utility rooms, technical and garage, as well as the external area in the locations indicated below in Warsaw:
a) LocationI - ul. Kolska 12, postal code: 01-045-(cleaning area: headquarters with a total usable area of about 5,890 m2 and belonging external area),
b) Location II-ul. Spokojna 13a, postal code: 01-044-(cleaning area: with a total usable area of about 2,260 m2and belonging external area,
c) Location III - ul. Rates 40, postal code: 01-040 - (cleaning area: Open Space office rooms and offices) with a total usable area of about 4,040 m2),
d) Location IV - al. Armii Ludowej 26 (floor 10), postal code: 00-609- (Cleaning area: office and sanitary rooms with a total usable area of about 820 m2).
