• The subject of the contract is the contractor provided financial intermediation services consisting in granting and comprehensive service for loans for SMEs under the financial product entitled Lower Silesian Rotary Loan for SMEs, from funds accumulated on the Employer's account, made available forContractors.
• Break conditions for the indicated product were specified in the document entitled: "Investment strategy for financial means management from the contribution made under the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodship for 2007-2013 to the engineering instrumentFinancial "Lower Silesian Trust Fund" involved and not involved in contracts with micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and from returns from SMEs "(hereinafter:" Strategy ") adopted by the Board of the Lower Silesian Voivodship with updates.
• The total value of the fundsThe contracting authority intended for the implementation of two parts of the order is PLN 60,000,000.00 (in words: sixty million zlotys 00/100) - without the right options.
