Description:
3Ordering Party. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ) it will be an attachment to the contract.
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the contractor to conduct a local vision.
4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
5. The Employer does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
6. The contracting authority reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, andThen make the contractor's subjective qualification.
7. Public procurement procedure for social services and other special services in connection with art. 359 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law is conducted in an open tender on the basis of art. 132 of the Act and executive acts issuedon its basis. The procedure is part of a larger order awarded in parts.
8. The task will be implemented within 12 months from the date of signing the contract on the basis of individual orders containing the planned date of execution of the order agreed with the contractor.Order ...
