- The subject of the contract is the provision of specialized care services, referred to in the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "services" (excluding specialist services for people with mental disorders, implemented on RZecz of people who require help in the place of residence) in the face of the pupils of the social welfare centers of the Capital City of Warsaw, which due to age, illness or other reasons due to the special health, including in which difficulties in everyday functioning were caused by age diseasesold, they require the help and care of other people. Specialized care services are adapted to the special needs arising from the type of disease or disability, provided by people with specialist professional preparation. To process the subject of the order, orderThe contractors will provide the possibility of logging in and using the e-care system. The system includes, among others e-care web application (for coordinators) and Mobile application of M-op (for carers).
Part 1 including districts: Rembertow, Wawer, WesoΕa in the dimension of 22,800 hours in full periodordering of the order, with:
Estimated average monthly number of service hours will be 1,900 hours;
The expected average monthly number of recipients of services will amount to 51 people;
minimum dimension of the hours of services rendered in the full period of order performance, will be 18,240 hours.
