- 1. The subject of the contract consists of one undivided task and consists in providing the service to the Employer:
-comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness and proper sanitary and hygiene state,
-transransportsstorage,
-pading auxiliary activities carried out in patient service.
in the facilities of the Provincial Combined Hospital L. Perzyna in Kalisz.
2. Detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, the obligations of the contractor and the requirements that the Contractor is obliged to meetDuring the implementation of the subject of the contract, the draft contract was specified in Annex 8a to SWZ and constitutes its integral part together with these attachments:
1) in Annex 5 to the draft contract (Annex No. 8a to SWZ) specified the detailed scope of the work subject to the contract, inscope regarding the maintenance of cleanliness and sanitary and hygiene condition in all hospital rooms as well as in sanitary transport vehicles and a trailer for transporting the material to and after sterilization.
2) In Annex 6), guidelines for the organization system were specified in Annex 6 to the draft contract.work and temporary protection of cleanliness in individual organizational units of the hospital (task/brigade (daily and periodic activities), time, mixed).patients.
