The Ordering Party invites you to participate in a tender procedure for: The service of conducting a statutory audit of financial statements by a certified auditor pursuant to § 7 section 2 points 1) regulations for granting by the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy Public procurement studies not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Law. (published on the website www.impan.pl) The conditions of participation in the procedure and submission of offers are specified in the SPECIFICATION OF ORDER CONDITIONS (SWZ) placed in Attachments tab. ATTENTION! 1. The offer should be submitted by completing the offer fields and providing the VAT rate in the purchasing platform. 2. Do not submit your own offers as attachments. We also ask you not to include additional information in your offer documents that are not required. Attaching documents to the offer whose content is inconsistent with the content of the SWZ may result in rejection of the offer3. The offer should be accompanied by: 1) a list of services provided to the extent necessary to demonstrate compliance with the condition referred to in point 6.1.4. SWZ, in the last three years before the date of initiation of the procedure, awarding the contract, and if the period of the activity is shorter, during this period, specifying their value and subject matter, execution dates and recipients (in accordance with form constituting Annex No. 3 to this SWZ), together with documents confirming that these services were performed properly; 2) a list of persons directed by the Contractor to carry out the order in question...
