The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24-hour physical security service in accordance with the provisions of
1. The Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2021.1995, i.e. of 2021.11.04);
2. Act of August 24, 2001 on the Military Police and military law enforcement authorities (Journal of Laws of2021.1214 i.e. of 2021.07.05);
3.Act of 05 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (i.e. Journal of Laws
z2019.742 of 2019.04.23);
4.Act of 24 May 2013. on direct coercion measures and firearms (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 202);
5. Regulations of the Minister of the Interior andof the Administration of October 21, 2011
on the principles of arming specialized armed protective formations
and the conditions for storing and recording weapons and ammunition consolidated text Journal of Laws 2015.992 i.e. of 2015.07.16);
6. Instructions on the protection of military facilities and the escorting of propertyDU-3.14.3(A) ref. No. Pcs. Gen. 1705/2023
and other executive acts applicable in this respect. The service is provided
in shifts on working days, holidays and holidays by qualified, armed, uniformed SUFO physical security employees.
