Description:
The subject of the contract includes:
1. In the framework of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: "basic order"), establishing a flower meadow with an area of about 5,000 square meters in the Szczakow forestry in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ),
2. In the order of the contractcovering the option (hereinafter as the "option") performing activities in the years 2026 - 2029 related to maintaining the assumed flower meadow, including in particular draining the area once in the growing season after the flowering period and seeds of seeds (September - October) and placing disc weapons inin order to unveil the soil layer enabling and germinating plants of annual and two -year species.Options or use the options to the partner, and the Contractors will not have any claim against the Employer.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the option provided that the financial resources are secured in the project.Szczakowa forestry
