• The Municipal Social Welfare Center in Sosnowiec requests you to submit a price offer for the Service including an expert opinion and possible service or repair of the QS TOUCH queuing system. The service will be provided in the building of the Center in Sosnowiec at ul. 3 Maja 33. MOPS in Sosnowiec invites you to inspect the system at the Center's headquarters at ul. 3 Maja 33 in Sosnowiec, during the Center's opening hours: on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., after by prior arrangement - tel. 32 296 22 10. The offer should indicate the value of the expert opinion and the maximum value of the service/repair. The total amount of the indicated values ​​will constitute the offer price. The offer value should include the net and gross amount with an indication of the VAT rate. The presented price should include all costs necessary to complete the order, including the price of the service, possible parts, travel costs, etc. MOPS in Sosnowiec informs that, based on the content of the expert opinion, it may refrain from performing the service/repair. Then the Ordering Party will pay only for the expert opinion carried out. At the same time, MOPS reserves the right to refrain from carrying out service/repair in a situation where carrying out such service/repair could violate or be detrimental to the contradictions with the rules applicable in the Center regarding access and security of IT systems, data storage, and other internal provisions and regulations.
