Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of implementing the ERP class IT system together with the license providing, providing the author's supervision and service, and training of users, hereinafter referred to as the "system".
2. The order of the contract includes:
1) Stage I - pre -transmission analysis, including:
a) developmentA detailed implementation schedule,
b) Preparation of DAP,
2) Stage II - providing a license for the ordering system together with certificates confirming the granting of licenses,
3) Stage III - Implementation in this in particular:
a) system installation,
b) configuration, parameterization, system castomyin a manner consistent with the assumptions of pre -transmission analysis,
c) map in the process of processes described in the pre -transmission analysis,
d) performing the 2nd stage of migration,
e) system integration with the Employer's software in the scope specified in OPZ and pre -transmission analysis,
f) provision of othersimplementation services necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the contract
g) Production of the system,
h) Development of as -built documentation (DP),
i) providing the Ordering Party with current system documentation, including technical, organizational and utilitarian documentation, and a functional system,
j) Training, instructions for the Employer's employees in the field of software operation and to the extent appropriate for each workplace in accordance with the functional scope of DAP.
