• The service of obtaining and processing data along with the design, development and implementation of an urban greenery management system as part of the project entitled: "Digital transformation and expansion of e-services in Bi... Data acquisition and processing service incl design, development and implementation of the urban greenery management system as part of the project entitled: "Digital transformation and expansion of e-services in Bielsko-Biała". Data acquisition and processing service, including design and implementation and implementation urban greenery management system as part of the project entitled: "Digital transformation and expansion of e-services in Bielsko-Biała" 1) The subject of the order is to obtain spatial information regarding the distribution and phytosanitary condition of trees and other elements of urban greenery, as well as urban heat island areas and blue, green and gray infrastructure, using specialized aerial remote sensing scanners and analysis methods based on machine learning. Additionally, within fieldwork, taxonomic, dendrometric and diagnostic information on selected trees will be obtained. The order also includes the use of existing data in the possession of the Ordering Party and other data useful for execution subject of the order. 2) Development, analysis and visualization of the acquired data in the form of cartographic studies, along with the diagnosis of factors shaping the city's adaptive potential. The diagnosis should include, in particular, the assessment of the degree of sealing area, scope and intensity of the urban heat island, condition of green infrastructure and level of biodiversity.
