KWP Katowice, Supply Department invites you to submit a price offer for the provision of meals preparation and delivery services for the detainees at the PDOZ in Żywiec - in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order placed in the tab "Appendices"Conditions of participation in the procedure: A detailed description can be found in the attachments tab.1.Payment terms - bank transfer 21 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice.2. The costs and risks associated with the provision of the service are borne by the Contractor. 3. Deadline performance of the service from signing the contract: by December 31, 2026, the Ordering Party requires submitting a declaration of non-exclusion - declaration placed in the Attachments tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/reduce the order depending on available financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate this procedure if the value of the received offer exceeds the value of financial resources intended for the implementation of the subject of the order. IMPORTANT: Conducted the proceedings do not have to end with the selection of a supplier, but if so, KWP Katowice will publish information about the selection of the most advantageous offer via the eB2B purchasing platform.
