Service of reservation, purchase and delivery of airline and railway tickets for domestic and foreign routes, reservation and purchase of accommodation and insurance policies, and intermediation in the process of obtaining visas
1. The subject of the order is the service of reservation, purchase and delivery of airline ticketsrailway routes for domestic and foreign routes, reservation and purchase of accommodation in domestic and foreign hotels, taking over and paying for reservations at prices given by the Ordering Party (negotiated directly with the hotel), purchasing insurance policies, mediating in the process of obtainingvisa processing, organization of transport at the destination abroad, and services at Fast Track airports, lounges in the scope of:
1) reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets for foreign and domestic business trips,
2) reservation, purchase and delivery of tickets national and international railwaysservices,
3) reservation and purchase of accommodation in Poland and abroad along with additional services offered by hotels,
4) taking over and paying for foreign and domestic hotel reservations at prices given by the Ordering Party (negotiated directly with the hotel),
5 ) purchase and delivery of policiesinsurance for the Ordering Party's employees and its guests and speakers,
6) mediation in the process of obtaining visas for the Ordering Party's employees,
7) organization of transport at the destination abroad,
8) services at Fast Track airports, lounges, etc.
