The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance and warranty service of WrocławSchool library system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") and tool software in the warranty period.
1. The subject of the order is the service of maintenance and warranty service of the Wrocław school library system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") and tool softwarein the warranty period, including:
a) maintenance and warranty service,
b) technical support,
c) support for applications,
d) free system update in the event of a new version - min. once a year (the service can be performed remotely by the Contractor), if necessary immediateUpdate after detecting security defects,
e) access to new functionalities in each new version of the system,
f) online training from changes in the new version of the system for all operators, in the number of 3 trainings
(3 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, recording of trainingmade available to the Ordering Party,
g) Training at the Ordering Party's headquarters for the Max Group. 16 people (rooms are provided by the Employer) in the number of 15 training days (6 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, including:
H)- training for new operators
i)- thematic training: defects, correct work instudy, MARC21
J) Implementation of the system in a new school + individual training in the institution, 3 facilities during the contract,
