1. Przedmiotem zamowienia jest sukcesywne świadczenie usług w zakresie wyszukiwania, rezerwacji,purchase and delivery of air and railway tickets for domestic and international passenger transport, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the specification of the terms of the contract.
2. The contracting authority reserves the right to fulfill the subject of the contract in quantities addicted to his ownactual needs, resulting from the number of business travels of employees and colleagues of the Ordering Party (including participation in trainings, symposia, lectures, conferences, etc., etc.), with the amount that is implemented covers at least 50% of the gross value of the contract concluded withperformer. The incomplete implementation of the rest of the contract on the part of the contracting authority does not violate the provisions of the contract and does not constitute grounds for the contractor to investigate the performance of the contract in the rest or other financial claims. The contract expires in the event of prior exhaustion of the amountThe contractor's total remuneration, which the contract will be paid.
3. The contracting authority provides for the purchase under the contract concluded with the contractor - 400 airline tickets and 300 railway tickets for domestic and international passenger transport, however, the indicated number is estimated and does not constitutethe basis of the claim resulting from the performance of the contract.
