1. The subject of the order are: successive delivery of new summer tires to service vehiclesGarrison of the Lower Silesian Police. The subject of the contract also includes the receipt of used tires in the same quantities that have been provided to the Employer.
2. The order is divided into parts (tasks) and the contractor may submit an offer into any number of parts (tasks).
3. The application was dividedFor 4 (four) parts:
3.1. Part 1 of the procedure, the subject of which is the successive delivery of summer, radial, tubeless tires to passenger vehicles, in accordance with the minimum requirements set out in Annex 1a to SWZ.
3.2. Part 2 of the procedure, the subject of which is successive delivery of tiressummer, radial, tuft to vans, in accordance with the minimum requirements set out in Annex 1B to SWZ.
3.3. Part 3 of the proceedings, the subject of which is the successive delivery of summer, radial, tubeless tires to motorcycles, in accordance with the minimum requirements specifiedIn Annex 1C to SWZ.
3.4.
