Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity. The subject of the contract does not include energy distribution services - the contracting authority has applicable distribution contracts concluded for an indefinite period with Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. (OSD).
2. Detailed requirements forthe subject of the contract, they constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and were concluded in parts III and IV SWZ.
3. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor to have a contract with the Operator of the Distribution System (OSD), i.e. Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. for the provision of electricity distribution servicesvia the DSO (applies to contractors who are not the owner of the distribution network).
4. The contracting authority informs that at PPE points with numbers 590310600002226004 and 59031060003030580826 are connected to the OSD network (from December 2023) belonging to the contracting authorityrenewable with an electric power of 49.82kW each. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor conclude the contract with the contracting authority for the above PPE, obliging the contractor to collect energy from the abovementioned renewable sources introduced into the OSD network andpayment for this energy.
