Description:
The subject of the contract includes the transport service of students from the city of Sosnowiec to educational institutions in Sosnowiec, Czeladz, Będzin, Dąbrowa Gornicza and Katowice.
1. The subject of the contract was divided into 11 parts:
a) part 1 - a transport service, consisting in delivery of a maximum of 15 people disabled people in the city of Sosnowiec to the Special School Complex in Czeladz ul. Szpitalna 85 and to the Special Educational Center in Będzin ul. November 11, 7 and their department after completed classes.
b) part 2 - a transport service, consisting of delivery maximum 30 disabled people (2 people in wheelchairs) residing in the city of Sosnowiec to the Special School and Educational Center for Disabled Children and Youth in Dąbrowa Gornicza ul. Free 59 and their return after completed classes.
c) part 3 - transport service, consisting in delivery of a maximum of 15 disabled people residing in the city of Sosnowiec to the School and Preschool Complex for deaf and hearing children in Katowice, ul. Grażyńskiego 17 and their passage after the classes.
d) part 4 - transport service, consisting of Delivery up to 20 disabled people residing in the city of Sosnowiec to Primary School No. 13 in Sosnowiec, ul. Jedności 7, Primary School No. 18 in Sosnowiec ul. Friends of Soldier 1 and to the City Kindergarten No. 55 in Sosnowiec ul. Akacjowa 81 and their passage after Finish ...
