Subject matter of the procedure: 1. description of the subject of the order: Therapeutic electrodes for the PHILIPS FRxWw defibrillator. the assortment must meet the requirements: be new and free from defects, original, have the Conformite Europeenne CE mark, II. Conditions of order fulfillment: 1. Deadline for completion: 7 business days; 2. Delivery hours 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.;3.Rules for delivery and unloading of goods: in accordance with the GTC;4.Place of delivery: KolejeWielkopolskie sp. z o.o., ul. Component 5b, the Contractor, no later than 12 hours before commencing the execution of the Order, is obliged to confirm the delivery date of the Goods, including delivery time. 5. Delivery method: one-off delivery, the price should include the cost of delivery and unloading, 6. Payment deadline: in accordance with the GTC: (Payment deadline: 30 days from the invoice issuance) The Buyer accepts the issuance and delivery of electronic invoices by the Seller, in accordance with Art. 106 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on the tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the "VAT Act"). When issuing an electronic invoice, the Seller is obliged to prepare it in PDF format. If an electronic invoice is issued, the Seller is obliged to deliver it to the Buyer to the e-mail address: kontakty@koleje-wielkopolskie.com.pl.
