- 5.1 The subject of the order is the execution of design documentation and construction and installation works as part of the Thermal modernization project and adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities of the building of the Cultural Center in Brzeszcze in the design and build formula. 5.2 Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order was specified in the attached Functional and Utility Program (FFU) constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, Energy Audit. No. 11 to the SWZ and the draft contract for. No. 5 to SWZ5.3 The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 5.3.1 Execution based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) made available by the Ordering Party and developed by PRO-INVEST Anna Chaberko-czak, 44-105 Gliwice, ul. Garden, Energy Audit, architectural and construction design documentation, Land Development Design and technical designs along with bills of quantities and investor cost estimates and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the task Thermal modernization and adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities of the building of the Cultural Center in Brzeszcze on plot no. 756/406, as well as the transfer of copyrights left...
