Description:
1. The subject of the order includes thermal modernization and reconstruction of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department station in Kleszczowa as well as external technical infrastructure and accessories, including reconstruction of internal installations. The project assumes the demolition of individual elements of the existing building, external stairs from the side eastern and western windows, concrete window sills, all concrete roofs over entrances and gates, concrete landing in front of the entrance, attic flashing for disassembly and replacement, tower elements, i.e. barrier, antenna and alarm siren to dismantle, refresh and reassemble. Cabinet door new power connections and outdoor lighting fixtures. Removal of sheet metal flashing of chimney shafts, entrance terrace with railing, basement window wells to be dismantled and replaced, liquidation of the entrance to the basement with external stairs. External lighting in the building needs to be replaced, insulation chimney. The construction works will include the reconstruction of existing rooms: in the basement, separating the staircase in compliance with fire protection regulations, in the attic, separating the staircase with walls (closing the heated zone), on the ground floor broadside...
