Description:
Thermal modernization and renovation of a residential, multi-family and municipal building at ul. Szpitalna 10 in Koszalin, co-financed on the basis of Agreement No. 156/2025/MZG to cover a thermal modernization project under the TERMO Program with a MZG grant, including: on: 1) construction works: (execution insulation, plastering and cladding works, painting and impregnation works, bricklaying, facade, roofing and sheet metal works,2) electrical installation works,3) sanitary installation works, internal cold water installations, sanitary sewage and gas installations,4) works central heating installation and c.c.w. Justification for not dividing the order into parts. Due to technological and implementation reasons, as well as rational spending of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts. This would result in a restriction of competition or excessive technical difficulties and costs execution of the order, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order.
