• Part No. 1. Modernization of the heat source.1.1. The scope of work includes: 1) dismantling the existing heat sources, 2) installing a heat pump in the technical room on the ground floor of the building, 3) drilling 10 vertical wells with a depth of 100 m each, 4) constructing a distribution well and connections with the building,5) construction of a new central heating installation of the building - installation of underfloor heating,6) connection of the heat pump to the central heating,7) modernization of the hydraulic system and automation,8) modernization of the hot water installation,9) installation of a photovoltaic installation.1.2. At the expense of The contractor is also responsible for: 1) preparing a health and safety plan, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) preparing as-built surveying documentation, 3) providing its own surveying services during implementation of the subject of the contract;4) execution and agreement with the competent authority of the geological works project.5) preparation of as-built documentation for a photovoltaic installation for acceptance of fire protection.2.
