1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task called Thermal modernization of the attic ceiling in the building of the District Office in Lubartow.2. The order includes in particular: The subject of the order is the insulation of the ceiling of a non-usable attic in the building of the District Office in Lubartow. The building is listed is included in the register of monuments. Location ul. Sowackiego 8 - Paac Sanguszkw: The order includes the following construction works: - preparatory and cleaning works - insulating the ceiling under the unused attic with closed-cell PUR foam with = 0.022W/m2, 15 cm thick - insulating walls and chimneys min. 30cm above the insulation layer of the ceiling and walls created as a result of the height of the closed-cell PUR ceiling with = 0.022W/mk, 15 cm thick. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature. The contractor is obliged to carefully check the number of works against the project documentation. Due to the fact that a works contract will be a contract lump sums in the event of a larger number of works in any item being carried out during the work, this will not be considered additional work with additional remuneration required.
