. The subject of the order is to carry out thermal modernization of two buildings located in the town of Kondratowice on plot no. 58/4, i.e. the building of the Commune Office and the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Kondratowice.2. The detailed scope of the contract includes: a) works that will be carried out in the building Municipal Office: - suspended ceilings, - attic cladding, - priming the substrates with a primer - ceilings, - painting with emulsion paint, - making sound insulation with mineral wool - building a roof over the entrance door, - replacing the external window. - carrying out thermal modernization works - disassembly and use of new doors - installation of a complete PV installationb) works that will be carried out in the building of the Volunteer Fire Department Kondratowice: - carrying out thermal modernization works - disassembly and use of new doors - disassembly and use of a new window c) works that will be carried out in both buildings: - modernization of the heat source, - purchase and installation of a pellet-type solid fuel boiler, along with the purchase and installation of the necessary installation elements as part of the correct operation of the hydraulic balancing system of the heating installation, along with extra...
