- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Thermal modernization of the building of the Education and Upbringing Complex in Gniewin. This architectural and construction concept (functional and utility program) covers the public utility building of the Education and Upbringing Complex in Gniewino, which it will be subjected to activities that improve the energy efficiency of the building. The aim of the project is to adapt the facility to the applicable technical, functional, utility and operational standards. As a result of the works carried out, resources will be managed more effectively, conducive to development of a low-emission economy, increased energy security and improvement of the environment. The implementation of this project will reduce the costs of maintaining the building by reducing the costs of heat and electricity. The proposed activities lead to a comprehensive one solving problems related to improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
