Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task: Thermal modernization of the building of Kindergarten No. 9 at ul. Jana Matejki No. 64 in Zabrze, consisting in the performance of thermal modernization and renovation construction works of a two-story kindergarten building with a basement with a built-up area 340 m2. The scope of construction works includes in particular: - insulation of all external walls, insulation of the ceiling of the first floor of the building, - renovation of the roof covering and renovation of chimneys, - replacement of window joinery and replacement of external door joinery, - replacement of the lightning protection system, - reconstruction of the approaches. storm sewage system, - renovation of external stairs and construction of a ramp for the disabled, - renovation of the area fence, - renovation of the kitchen rooms, - renovation of the playrooms, - replacement of internal installations: electrical and hydrant, - replacement of the central heating installation. and renovation of the gas boiler room including replacement of anchors.2.
