1. The subject of the order is an investment consisting in the thermal modernization of the building of the Primary School. Edmund Bojanowski in Szelejewo in the design and build formula. The subject of the order is therefore the task of: preparing design documentation together with obtaining the necessary opinions, all legally required decisions, arrangements and preparation of materials for submitting an application in order to obtain a building permit and obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to complete the investment project called: Thermal modernization of the building of the Primary School. Edmund Bojanowski in Szelejewo and execution of construction works on the investment task in question based on the developed design documentation and relevant legal provisions. The documentation must be prepared based on a functional and utility program that specifies the requirements for the design, implementation, acceptance and commissioning of all elements of the task.
