Description:
1. The subject of the order includes in particular: - thermal modernization works of the building of the village hall in Krzyowice (detailed in the bill of quantities of construction works); - modernization works of the lighting installation (detailed in the bill of quantities of construction works); - installation of a photovoltaic installation (works specified in the bill of quantities for construction works); - accompanying works (specified in the bill of quantities for construction works) - performance of an energy audit of completed thermal modernization works (as-built). The detailed scope of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ: - design and construction documentation (ref. no. 1 to SWZ); ATTENTION! to the extent indicated in the bill of quantities. - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (task no. 2 to SWZ); - bill of quantities (task no. 3 to SWZ); - energy audit of the building (task no. 4 to SWZ) - draft provisions of the contract (task no. 12 to SWZ). Products construction works covered by the order should meet the requirements resulting from Polish Standards transferring European standards PN-EN (harmonized standards).
