Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation (including all legally required arrangements) and construction works in the design and build formula in four buildings owned by the Wymierzyce Commune, i.e. the Teacher's House building in Wymierzyce, the building of the Senior Home in Wymierzyce, the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Kouchów and the building of the community center in Kostrzyn as part of the investment project entitled Thermal modernization of buildings owned by the Wymierzyce Commune. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Program Functional and Utility, which constitutes Annex No. 10 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as PFU.3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the SWZ, FFU and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, with applicable technical and construction regulations, standards and principles of modern technical knowledge specified in the Construction Law.4.
