Description:
The subject of the order is thermal modernization and partial renovation of the existing building of the Commune Office in Kulin. The scope of the order includes the following works: 1. Replacement of PVC and wooden windows with new aluminum commercial windows with a min. Umax = 0.9 W/mK and replacement of facades with aluminum ones;2. Replacing external doors with aluminum doors with a min. Umax = 1.3 W/mK;3. Insulation of the unusable attic by installing insulation on the ceiling/flat roof ventilated using the blowing method;4. Execution of new eaves processing, window frame details and blinds, gutters, downpipes and window sills;5. Insulation of external walls, roofing, leveling of walls and facade accessories;6. Making habitat boxes for small birds and mammals;7. Plastering and painting external walls with architectural details;8. Replacing old radiators with new convector ones;9.
