Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the design and implementation of thermal modernization of the building of the Commune Office in Lubochnia.4.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Preparation of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program and Energy Audit of the building. 2) Execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation approved by the Ordering Party, including the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and health and safety rules and conditions, including: a) insulation external partitions, i.e. external walls of the ground floor and basement; b) replacement of external windows on the ground floor and first floor of the building and basement; c) replacement of door joinery: external doors on the ground floor, external doors in the basement (garage doors); d) modernization of the system hot water heating; e) modernization of the heating system: disassembly of a coal-fired boiler, (construction of a new heat source - brine-water heat pump); f) construction of a renewable energy micro-installation - photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 38.50 kWp on the southern roof of the building, to power the heat pump and other energy receivers in the building.4.3.
