Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the thermal modernization of the school building and the adaptation of its rooms for the needs of the nursery, located on plot no. 151/1 and 151/2 in the district of Gegowa.2. The detailed scope of works and the method of their execution are specified in the documentation describing the subject of the order, including in particular: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, energy audit and protective recommendations included in the ornithological and chiropterological opinion prepared for the purposes of this order and constitute Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. Works are subject to exclusion from the proceedings in question related to the development of the area on the western side of the building, including the demolition of existing hardened surfaces, construction of new hardened surfaces for pedestrian and road communication, and stormwater drainage works. These works constitute a separate investment task and are not included in the scope of this order. The remaining elements of land development should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation.4.
