Part No. I: Thermal modernization of the building of Primary School No. 2 in Brodnica includes: Replacement of internal lighting with new LED lighting. Replacing radiators with low-temperature radiators, including installation insulation and thermostatic valves. Installation of the installation photovoltaic with a capacity of 20Kwp. Installation of a supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery and heat recovery. Complete dismantling of the existing covering on the buildings covered by the study. Thermal modernization of the flat roof using polystyrene plaster. 25cm. Replacement of external joinery door for doors with a minimum coefficient of 1.3 W/m2*K. Replacement of external window joinery with windows with a minimum coefficient of 0.9 W/m2*K, including installation of solar protection foils. Replacement of internal door joinery.
