- Part 1 Thermal modernization of the primary school building in Chmielno The subject of the order are construction works which include: a) partial modernization of the central heating installation; supplementing the insulation of the installation; b) installation of devices for local temperature control, e.g. zone controllers working with building management system; c) installation of automation controlling the operation of the installation; d) partial modernization of the domestic hot water installation. (automation of installation operation and connection to the building energy management system); e) replacing all windows in the school and the sports hall facilities with energy-saving joinery with a coefficient of heat transfer 0.9 W/m2K; f) insulating the external above-ground walls in the school part and the sports hall facilities with polystyrene with a heat conduction coefficient of 0.036 W/mK - 10 cm; g) adding insulation to the existing one; h) equipping the lighting installation with an automatic regulation system and installing the installation photovoltaic with a capacity of 49.81 kWp. The scope regarding renewable energy sources includes the construction of 2 photovoltaic installations: * installation no. 1 with a capacity of 30.37 kWp.
