- 1. The subject of the order is thermal modernization of the facility of Kindergarten No. 6 in Midzyrzecz, including the installation of renewable energy sources. The scope of works includes: 1) Construction works resulting from the energy audit: - insulation of building partitions, flat roofs, external and foundation walls (incl. including excavation of foundations, necessary demolition, drying and installation of moisture-proof insulation, partial demolition of the adjacent terrace, - partial replacement of window and door joinery (external) - installation of window vents, which are a new element building ventilation, - modernization of the hot water preparation system (replacement of the installation), - modernization of the heating system (replacement of the heating installation and radiators), - installation of remotely controlled thermostats and electricity and heat meters with the possibility of remote reading and data archiving, - delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 8 kW, 2) Works not resulting from the energy audit, eligible costs: - replacement of lighting with energy-saving LED lighting together with the system automatic switching on and off in corridors and toilets, - replacement of electrical installations for lighting, 3) Works...
