Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works on the investment task entitled: Thermal modernization of the Library building in Tuciec.2. i.e. thermal modernization construction works of the existing library building, located at Tuciec 61, 21-560 Midzyrzec Podlaski, May na aimed at improving its energy efficiency and include primarily: I. Construction works resulting from the energy audit in the field of thermal modernization: 1) insulating external walls with polystyrene foam. design documentation, 2) insulation of foundation walls to a depth of approx. 1.0 m below ground level. cm to the extent consistent with the markings in the design documentation, along with the construction of a new band around the building to protect the wall insulation;3) execution new facade, including the necessary flashings and finishing of chimneys; 4) insulating the ceiling with a 21 cm thick mineral wool = 0.036 W/(m2K) together with foil, 5) demolishing the existing floor layers and installing new ones, including EPS polystyrene insulation gr...
