- The subject of the order is the performance of design, construction and installation works consisting in thermal modernization together with the modernization of heating systems and the installation of renewable energy sources for the building of the Primary School in Ndza with the following name: Thermal modernization with the modernization of heating systems and installation of renewable energy sources. Renewable energy sources in the building of the Primary School in Ndzy. The building covered by the subject of the order is an active (functioning) educational facility which will not be closed for the duration of the works and will function normally. The contractor will be obliged to secure work zones that do not cause difficulties work of staff and students staying in the building. The scope of work includes in particular: 1) Scope of the design part: a. Consulting each phase of the project with the Ordering Party, at least twice a month.b. Development of a land development project, architectural and construction project.c. Obtaining a Decision o Construction Permit on time.d. Development of a technical design, bills of quantities, investor's cost estimate and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, for the approval of the Ordering Party.
