- 1. The subject of the order is the execution of the scope of insulation works together with accompanying works of the Volunteer Fire Department building located in Mikoajewice 21A, Irzdze commune. 1) Existing condition: Building structure: The building was constructed using traditional technology in 1998. An addition was made around 2013 single-car garage. FOUNDATIONS concrete footings, poured on site. EXTERNAL WALLS made of 38 cm thick hollow brick, covered with cement plaster. INTER-STOREY CEILING wooden structure with a floor made of 3 cm thick boards placed on the trusses, locally covered with a 5 cm layer of polystyrene. ROOF wooden visor structure, covered with asbestos-cement boards of the eternit type. WINDOW JOINERY - PVC windows in the entire building are in good technical condition (1 window needs to be replaced due to cracked glass). DOOR JOINERY - wooden entrance door in poor technical condition, steel garage door in bad condition technical condition.GRAVITARY VENTILATION.C.H. coal furnace.DHW. - none.
