- The subject of the task is construction works including thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Gogoowa. The scope of work includes: - thermal modernization of the facility (insulation of foundation walls, external walls along with insulation of the flat roof, roof and ceilings above top floor heated), - replacement of external windows and doors, - replacement of installations, central heating - construction of a photovoltaic installation, including reconstruction of the internal installation, lightning protection installation, and reconstruction of the telecommunications installation. Scope of work covered by the order does not include: - Execution of mechanical ventilation, - Renovation of reinforced concrete cladding of external stairs on the southern façade, - Execution of painting works in the school premises, with the exception of the walls where the door and window joinery was replaced, - renovation - painting the roof covering, - renovation of chimneys above the roof, - construction of walls from plasterboards on the ground floor of room 1.27 - storage room with opening of the existing transparent partition in the vestibule and installation of internal door joinery, 2 doors, Supplementing and changing the scope of work - In room 1.4, bathroom, an aluminum window with an external color similar to...
