- 1. The subject of the order is the performance of comprehensive construction and assembly works as part of the project titled: "PROXIMA - Thermal modernization of the building", including:
1) insulation of external partitions and the roof of the building,
2) modernization and reconstruction of the facade using thin-layer plasters and a ventilated facade made of perforated steel sheet,
3) replacement of windows and doors, sheet metal work, gutters and steel elements,
4) installation of a stair platform for people with special needs,
5) construction of new installations: lightning protection, electrical, ventilation air conditioning,
6) performance of necessary accompanying, repair and reconstruction works,
7) preparation of as-built documentation and carrying out all necessary measurements, tests and technical acceptance,
8) preparation of documentation for obtaining a decision of the Office of Technical Inspection for the operation of the platform staircase.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the proposed provisions agreements constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
