Description:
1. The subject of the order is Thermal modernization of the public utility building of the City Hall. 2. The subject of the order includes: In the scope of reconstruction and insulation: - reconstruction of the roof structure / in the lower parts of the building wings / including replacement of the roofing with ceramic tiles, - insulation of the building with works accompanying works, including: - insulation of foundation walls with vertical insulation, - insulation of external walls, - insulation of flat roofs, - insulation of ceilings above the top floor, - replacement of window joinery, - replacement of external door joinery, - replacement of external window sills, flashings sheet metal work and gutters, - replacement of internal window sills, - renovation of external stairs, - repair of pedestrian routes around the buildings, - replacement of the entrance door with a door with a service window, - installation of a garage gate, - accompanying works, renovation of pedestrian routes and the square and parking spaces (total area 685 m2) made of boards granite (gray color, resurfaced 40cmx40cm, 244m edges and 88m curbs, granite), repair of outdoor stairs risers made of granite slabs (18 pieces, dimensions 400cmx12cm, gray color).
