- 4.1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of an office building located at ul. Przemysowa 40 in Gorzkowice as part of the project titled Thermal modernization of a public utility building in the Gorzkowice commune.4.2. The scope of works includes, in particular: 1) Construction of a new heating and cooling powered by an air electric heat pump (set of two), the scope of works includes: - dismantling existing heating devices, - leveling and painting the surface behind the dismantled heating devices, - installation of a new heating and cooling installation with a power of 14.76 kW along with a set of pumps, - assembly vents at the ends of the risers of the heating and cooling installation, - regulation of the heating and cooling installation, - pressure testing of the cold installation, - pressure testing of the hot installation, - thermal insulation of pipes.2) Execution of the internal electrical installation and the associated WLZ lines with thermal modernization of the facility, the scope of works includes: - WLZ, - internal power supply lines, - sub-switchboards, - power supply installation for technological receivers, - installation of lightning protection and equalizing connections, - replacement of lighting fixtures internal...
