Thermal modernization of a public utility building intended for education purposes as part of the project: Task 1: Improving energy efficiency and modernizing the heat source with the use of renewable energy sources in a special school and educational center named after Saint John Paul II in Dugobor1) In scope The investment includes: General construction works: Insulation of the flat roof, gluing the existing loose sheets of roofing felt, cutting out the parts that protrude excessively from the plane, dismantling the existing steel ventilation chimneys, placing the front board on a grid made of boards about 1 m long, anchored to the ceiling, making insulation from Styrofoam 036 gr. 15 cm with corking, make the first layer of insulating felt with a lower layer of fusible foil, embed the steel drip, perform processing of ventilation chimneys, roll the felt on the wall with elbows, install chimneys ventilating the surface 1 pc/30 m2, make the upper layer of insulation with roofing felt with top covering SBS installation of the fireplace and accessories, execution of the lightning protection system according to part electrical windows and doors, the building's windows are replaced with profile windows with a transmittance coefficient of u = 0.9 W/mK in the existing color...
