- task no. 1 - Thermal modernization of the building of the Village Community Center in Radlin, Radlin 31B, 63-200 Jarocin, which concerns the preparation of technical and executive design documentation and the development of an energy audit along with adaptation to the applicable regulations. legal provisions, a detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 11 and 12 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party presents below general guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the order: 1. The water treatment installation means an iron remover / manganese remover and string filters etc.2. The scope of possible use of air conditioning in consultation with the Ordering Party.3. Installation of heat and electricity storage devices (e.g. heat tanks, batteries), capacity adjusted to the facility's needs, energy storage min. 10 kWh.4. Parameters, arrangement and number of external light points leading to the appropriate selection of lighting intensity in terms of cooperation with the external monitoring installation.5. Installation of an uninterruptible power supply with a voltage stabilizer - capacity selected for the facility's needs in consultation with the Ordering Party.6.
