• 1. The subject of the public procurement is the performance of works and activities related to the implementation of the task entitled: Thermal modernization of public utility facilities in the Krzyanowice Commune - Thermal modernization of the building of the Municipal Education Complex, including the performance of all works described in the documentation: designs, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and in the bills of quantities, which from a technical point of view are necessary for the proper execution and commissioning of the task in question.2. Scope of the task includes, among others: wall insulation, thermal modernization of the roof, increasing firewalls, replacing gutters, pipes and flashings, replacing door and window joinery, replacing internal and external window sills, performing vertical insulation of foundation walls and basements with drainage and a vortex band / made of concrete cubes and an absorbent well, partial dismantling of window grates, renovation works, roofs over the entrance, modernization of the electrical installation, replacement of the lightning protection system, repainting and painting after installation works, modernization of the boiler room from oil to gas, together with the internal gas installation, modernization of the central heating installation. ...
