Description:
The subject of the order includes the performance of construction works as part of the investment task titled: Thermal modernization of the building of the District Complex No. 2 of General Education Schools of Sports and Technical Championships in Owicim in the scope of reconstruction and expansion of the school building with a connector with an elevator shaft, including installation elevators, along with the reconstruction of internal non-building installations, i.e. heating installations, sanitary and storm sewage systems, reconstruction of rooms on all floors in connection with the expansion of the building. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the works are set out in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR), bills of quantities, draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract. The works will be carried out based on the final decision on the construction permit. The contractor is obliged, among others, to: carry out works in accordance with applicable regulations and taking into account all arrangements with the administrators of networks and devices existing in the area of works carried out; ensuring management at its own expense ...
